What is the sheet pile enclosure needed for?
Sheet pile enclosure is used in the cases, when making of excavation with natural slopes is impossible.
Sheet-pile enclosures are used in order to prevent ground caving during constructing of different structures.
The sinking of the sheet pile into the ready wells can be performed in the following ways:
- screwdriving of the sheet pile
- jacking of the sheet pile
- vibratory driving of the sheet pile by the pile driver
- driving of the sheet pile (with preliminary pilot drilling)
What methods of sheet pile sinking do we perform?
- “Screwdriving” method
(is used to prevent drilling-out of the ground straight out of the foundation when there are another buildings nearby )
- Sinking into the drilled wells
- Jacking
(is used to prevent drilling-out of the ground straight out of the foundation when there are another buildings nearby )
- Driving with preliminary pilot drilling
(a high work efficiency is achieved, it is also used when there are another buildings nearby)
What types of sheet pile shorings do we offer?
- rolled sheet piles
- “Larssen U sheet pile”
What technical equipement WE use for sheet pile sinking:
- Pile drivers Junttan PM-25
- Pile driver, based on cranes РДК-25
- Pile driver, based on excavators ЭО-5111, ЭО-5111Б
- Pile drivers Soilmec, Kato (for well drilling)
- Boring machines, based on trucks Ural, Zil, Kamaz (with capability of pipe sinking under protection of concrete solution)
- High-frequency vibratory pile driver
