When bored piles are used?

It is successful to use bored piles in conditions of city planning with neighbouring buildings and constructions, as the pile driving or vibratory pile driving can cause deformation of these buildings.

Bored piles are used in conditions of great concentrated vertical and horizontal loads, at the building areas with complex geological and engineering conditions. A big advantage of the bored piles is their reduced-noiseness.

What is the technology of drilling and piling of the bored piles?

In this case well-drilling is proceeded, using inventory borehole casings between 1 and 3 meters in length, or without borehole casings, using the проходной шнек. A cutting tip is mounted in the lowest flange of the borehole casing’s first section. Borehole casing is making continuous swinging movements during the drilling. The type of the ground determines tool’s type for bored piles. As the well-drilling is completed, a reinforcing cage is installed and then the well is filled with concrete, using the inventory tremic pipes. The borehole casings are retrieved after that.
